Zooming?

I'm playing on a laptop without a scroll wheel and I can't figure out how to zoom out without one.
Of course, this means everything takes hours -- possibly even weeks -- to do. Is there some way to zoom out?

Sorry, I should make that clearer in the instructions. You can also hold down space or the middle mouse button to pan the view with the mouse, and the arrow keys to scroll the view.

Thanks guys, I worked out the panning, but the Pu/Pd zooming works a charm.
