Title: can not increase game speed (windows version)

Hi,

it might be a stupid questions with a simple answer.
is there a way to toggle / increase the game speed in the windows version?
i did not find a hint in the pdf manual or elsewhere on the net.

There is a way, but it's not a very GOOD way.

Press CTRL-D, then press +

To slow down, press -

Yes, this is something I’ve used very often until I was told that this could sort of hinder the game’s AIs.

I'm not sure if it only is a problem for scripted AIs. It might leave the default one alone, but then again it might not.
