Achievements don't work (iPad mini)

I'm bought Eufloria HD on iPad mini.
Game version 1.2.1
iOS version 6.0.2
I played through the campaign, and I'm at level 22 in DMD.
I've noticed though that I haven't got any achievements so far.
I even did the discover an asteroid with a mine specially to check.
Any ideas?

Achievements are supported through Game Center so ensure you're logged in when you play.
