Tree limitation does not reset

Basically, when you go to level 5, and then back to level 4 (or any other level), the tree limit stays at 3, instead of going back up to the actual value for the other levels.

How to replicate:
1. Go to level 5
2. Go to any other level

Ta'da!

Actually, it's levels 2, 3, and 4 that don't set the tree limit.  They play with whatever the tree limit was set at by a previous level.

Default tree limit is 5.
Level 1 sets the tree limit to 5.
Level 5 sets the tree limit to 3.
Level 6 sets the tree limit to 4.

Whichever of these was done last before going to levels 2, 3, or 4 determines the tree limit for these levels.

I noticed this many times.  I first really noticed it myself (after reading about it) when I started up a game and tested a map I was making.  Oddly enough, there would be things like asteroids that I did NOT specify in any way, and then other times things would be missing.

The only consistent thing I seemed to notice was that the problems all went away when I "dummy filled" my map file with the whole list of level options available.  Dyson doesn't seem to have a normal default option when some options are (I think rightfully so) not listed.  Instead, it used whatever was last used, instead of just a kind of nil state.
