can't play at all

Hello. i have bought your game through steam. i can't play it at all! i have already tried to download it again and install again, but it didn't work.
when i launch eufloria, it opens a windows called SDL_app with no content, seems not responding, and eventually it self-closes.
os: windows xp sp3 32bit ver
amd athlon 6000+ dual core 3,01 ghz
ram: 4gb (actually only 2 avaible on 32bit system xp)
ati radeon 2900 pro hd
the graphic driver is 9.9, the latest avaible
any clue about what i should do?

hey new on the forums.

i have the same problem as stated above by Alucardy.

I've downloaded and installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86).

I have a ATI Radeon x1270 graphics card and have been looking for the most recent driver, other than that i don't know what else i can do. I have a Vista OS, home basic.
Dell inspiron 1521 laptop, AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 1.7 ghz, 1 GB ram, 32 bit operating system.

I've downloaded all the new updates from Windows update, and have been looking on both the Valve technical support forums and these, but i still have not found a solution.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
