Fullscreen zoom out problem

If I play on fullscreen, I am not able to zoom out far enough for the seedlings to change to the colored dot, so I can't distinguish between seedlings. This didnt happen yesterday, the first time I played the game since buying it through steam. Only today after I wanted to play I noticed. The problem does not happen if I exit fullscreen, but I prefer my 1080p res much more

I run Windows 7 x64

I've noticed it only happens whenever I have the window stretched to be widescreen. The wider the window is, the less I can zoom out. This is weird because I played the first 6 levels yesterday full screen at the same res, and this didn't happen

EDIT: Very weird, I just reactivated FS after playing 2 levels windowed and it's fixed... The bug WAS there, no idea why tough... Well I'll post if it happens again, thanks.

Hmm, I'll try to tweak my resolution, but all my screens are 4:3.

So, the maximum zoomout you can do is like on the picture?

Yes, wandering bugs are a pita - you don't know how to recreate it and you don't know how to fix it - but they don't cease to be.

During the bug that's the maximum zoom I could make, more or less... It fixed itself tough, weird. Thanks for the answers tough.

Edit: Me and my big mouth... Started a new level (Critical Mass) and there it is again, can't zoom out >_<
Compared with your screenie I can zoom out a bit more, the seedlings become really small "arrows" but still not those colored dots. For that I gotta set it to windowed and resize it so it isn't wide. Tried to screenshot it but print screen gives a black image >_<

I was playing around with it on windowed mode, and know for sure that the wider the window is, the less zoom we can do... I wonder why it was fixed mid-level tough - until the level ended that is.

I've attached three screenshots. One of them (eufloria small zoomout.jpg) shows what the maximum zoom is when it's a small, almost square window - as you can see the seedlings become dots. The second one (eufloria wide zoomout) shows what the maximum zoomout is with a really wide window - the dots dont appear. The third one (eufloria wide big zoomout.jpg) shows what the max zoomout is when I make the window even bigger, but NOT wider. Exactly the same maximum zoomout. One can see that the maximum zoomout gets reduced whenever the window is wider.

I'd appreciate any help, the game is great but playing it on 1920x1080 (16:9) is so much better than using a small window...

This problem still isn't fixed. I've already formatted my computer once and felt like playing eufloria after stopping playing when this bug first emerged... But even after all this time, it still happens... >_<

I'd appreciate if you were able to help with this, since I did pay for a game and have to play it on a really small window in order for me to be able to zoom out fine and still see the dots.. I don't exactly want to strain my eyes until they bleed trying to see the seedlings otherwise
