Missing Text on 2017 iMac / Retina / macOS 10.13.2 High Sierra – Known Problem?
Bonobo:
Had to migrate from my old iMac (late 2009) to a new machine:
* macOS 10.13.2 High Sierra
* iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
* Processor 3,4 GHz Intel Core i5
* Memory 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
* Graphics Radeon Pro 570 4 GB
Even before this I hadn’t played Eufloria in a long time so I don’t know whether this is an old problem …
And I also haven’t been reading the forum in a long time … have I missed something?
And is there something I can do about this problem? Every once in a while I still find I want to play a game …
TIA, Tom
Bonobo:
Abandonware, mh? Couldn’t you perhaps opensource Eufloria? It’s one of the nicest games I’ve played, EVER!
Bonobo:
Nobody an idea how to hack this to work on Retina? :'(
Pilchard123:
Ain't nobody here but us anchovies. The Eufloria RPG is still in the works, I hear, but I don't know know much more than that. Maybe it'll liven up here again once it releases?

:o that would be awesome … I’d LURVE to play that … ON MY MAC!
(But I’d be happy already if it would run on my virtual machine with Windows 7, or if it would run on the Mac with WINE).

That would be awesome also … it’s been a long time, but I fondly remember those times, and also many of our members here. Hope all are well … prolly all became parents—and then grandparents—in the meantime ;D
