Title: While loops - how many times does it loop in a second?

So, the name says it all(or asks*), how many times to a while loop loop in a second, so far I've figurd out it's around 62... But does it depend on computer specs and stuff that involves how good the computer perform?

I generally use a tester that I made - it doesn't give perfect results, but it should be good enough to run a quick and dirty check.

I attached it somewhere around here...

Yeah, a tester is simply made, but I don't need this anymore :)
EDIT: You can run a test in the start of a amp, which allows for more complex stuff.. I made a little bit of a cool intro to the TD :D
