Title: Ridiculous Last Level - My Patience Cannot Hold

Any tips for the ridiculous last level before I uninstall?
It suddenly stopped being fun (which is kinda important in a game!)

Any tips appreciated.

Can’t quite remember how cause I’ve played all those levels so many times … but I can tell you that this level is definitely winnable. Perhaps try a few more times before uninstalling.

BTW which version of Eufloria are you playing? In 2.0.7 you can switch between two game modes, the original, slower-paced and IMHO easier mode and a new, faster and somewhat harder mode. I've just recently won level 25 in the new mode, and I swear: If I can win it, anybody can win it!

Good luck! Stick with it! Black Matter Mode is so much more fun ;)

Now, if I just could win level 18 in the new mode …

Yeah, stick with it.
Here is one strategy:
You can try to work your way

(click to show/hide)

up and right.  I've found a little less resistance there at the beginning.  Then circle the big asteroid which is close by.  This will allow you to build some force.  Try to avoid challenging or even defending against the Greys early on.  They are strong and fierce and will send many seedlings even to a small roid to defend against you.  Also avoid the space directly between the two large roids.  You'll know what space I mean once you've spread a bit.  This is where the Greys travel most and they like to conquer those roids.  Hopefully with about ten roids won you will have some momentum and can decide

where to go next.

I'm in the Steam version 2.05, trying rapidly to complete before saves are reset...

Saves won't be reset again, so don't worry too hard.
