Title: Game freezes up

Has anyone had any problems with the game completely freezing up? I've been having this problem for quite awhile now. Even went so far as to factory reset my phone and makes no difference. I'm on a Samsung galaxy s3

Hmm, can you contact androidsupport@eufloria-game.com as it shouldn't do that.
