full screen issue

I recently downloaded Eufloria (great game by the way) and i went into the options menu and noticed a full screen option and clicked it, said okay, and my screen went black with a yellow light blinking where there is usually a constant green light and i can't change it back.  I have tryed to uninstall then reinstall the game then i tryed to change the settings from outside the game (right click->properties).  Is there a way to change/reset the settings from outside the game? (PS i run on windows XP)

Full screen option does not respect Windows display settings.

While it's ok for LCDs (they already work at max resolution and don't care much about refresh rate), people with CRT (like me) have their displayes either maxed out resolution with terrible refresh rate, either just have them turning off, anyway, we suffer and play in windowed mode.

I'm having the same issue, I tried deleting things in the registry, looking in the application data, etc. But everytime it goes into full screen mode and not windowed like it did the first time.
