Title: Is it bug? (ToolTip not on asteroids)

May be it is intentional by design, but annoing feature for me at least:
in Dyson 1.20 popup ToolTip with asteroid attributes appears not then i point mouse to asteroid, but in empty space far from it too.
possibly, in "send seed range" cicle.
so, hard to find any empty space, where i can stop mouse pointer and not give ToolTip :)
right now i can't make screenshot, but if any don't understand me - i will make it and attach.

Sounds annoying - I'll have a look. I fixed a couple of things with these the other day.

sorry, can't reproduce on fresh installation. possible those behavior come from custom levels. i should make more tests.

I have 3 his levels, but found "annoyance" in 2 of them:
"Level 2: RETURN TO ALPHA QUADRANT V.2"
