Title: Mouse Panning

Allow the user to pan by clicking and dragging the background, instead of just having to zooming or using arrow keys :P

Yep, just put this in yesterday :D on right click. maybe on left click too...

Yeah, do that too, unless you are going to implement z-axis rotation.
