Output [In-Game Level]

Hi, I'm developing online graphic Eufloria Level Editor for everyone I've called it "Euroflia" because I'm so confuse with this game name between "Eufloria" and "Euroflia" :D So, this's why I've put this name to it. So if you want to preview this tools you can visit this site
http://sdcenter.ispace.in.th/euroflia
or
http://sdcenter.zoka.cc/euroflia

If there are a release, I'll post a link in this topic only.
Feel free to comment my topics, so you can send me a feedback of my Tools.

I'm not English native, so sorry for this.

My release notes are different from any other software or application.
  - Alpha Release = Just start developing... [A lot of bugs]
  - Close Beta Release = Finish the core code but not publish to website/internet. [A few of bugs]
  - Open Beta Release = Finish the core code and publish to website/internet already. [A few of bugs + Tester]
  - V.x.x.x.x Release = Stable Release [No bug or small bugs which can be fixed by yourself]
** Sometimes I've use Program Name [V.x.x.x.x Alpha] in stead of Program Name [Alpha]

Thanks for your comment. Level Editor now can Add, Edit, Remove or Move camera by right drag or middle drag [For IE] or WASD [Firefox] properly in IE and Firefox (I've test it on Sunday 22/08/10)

I'm developing for validating system for everything such as Camera [Move outside window], Invalid data input, etc.

I've see your post for online map maker. If you don't mind, I want to be some beta tester for you.  My E-Mail is in link above, See you.

So far, it doesn't seem to output any lua...

Did I miss something, or is it just not there yet?

Nope, Output code are not started. I've need to finish a customize functions first then start making LUA code maker then it'll have a output code which can be save/load by user

This project take a lot of time to work on. But I still develope it everyday  :D  because I love to do some programs for everybody.

it looks really good better than what I am doing but admittedly yours looks more complex and its all java so I assume you will bind it in with php and mysql? to allow saving or you gonna output to text to save and load ?
Just curious to the end features

Yes. I'll save data to MySQL database for internal read/write but if you want to use with game, you'll need to generate code and save to .lua by yourself.

Looks quite nice, works with Safari 5.0.2/Mac OS X 10.6.4, only the color sliders don’t seem to like my mouse: It was quite hard to move them, as if they “fell off my mouse” after a few pixels. No file export, so I don’t know whether “behind the curtains” a corresponding .lua file is created.

The sliders have some ploblems when use with some browsers [FireFox] but work properly in some browsers [IE]. So, I put the same style for dragging slider to all browsers by when you want to slide the slider please slowly drag a slider not out of the box.

And a good news is you don't have to copy-paste the LUA code to save the level. I just found some way to export your level via PHP [Download it] just wait for editor to finish and I'll link it with Euroflia site which can login-logout and manage your level anywhere, anytime just have your computer connected with the internet. ^^

Forgive me, but to me this simply means the slides have some problems ;)

Given that the sliders are as they are, I’d prefer having the option to simply enter numbers for the colours. I’m colour-savvy, meaning I can decode #0000FF to max Blue ;) (and as a media geek and trainer for Photoshop/media design I can also translate this into RGB colours 0/0/255. CMYK is a bit harder, though ;D).

Nevertheless I’m curious as to where all this may lead. I’m following this thread closely.

Thanks to Bonobo. I just know what people wants. I'll make color box is type-able or use color picker.

**Note: From now, that preview links will be out of date because I've just link editor to the website and testing it.

I just make AI Settings, Level Name editing, fix some display bug ["undefined" as in the video after I remove that preload asteroid] and fix the save notification dialog to show after level completely saved.

PS. Sorry for bad looking of Euroflia site. I'm not good in designing but I think I'm fine with programming
PS2. When this tool open as Open-Beta Release. I'll ask you for some request of tools which be useful to make custom level.

This project may be temporary dropped for a long time due to inconvenient development environment.

But it's not permanently drop... This project still in my Working Projects but just a long time to continue developing...

Sorry for any inconvenient due to this project...
