- If you're playing the original Eufloria, which is the only one on Steam, or Eufloria on PSN then please post in the Classic Eufloria Support board. Please note that this version is no longer being developed.

- If you bought Eufloria on the Humble Bundle 4 for Android, you have access to both the original Eufloria (Steam) and a pre-release of the new Eufloria HD (non-Steam version). We suggest you download the non Steam version before reporting any bugs. Also, please download the latest version before making a bug report.

- Please post what platform and operating system you have. Eufloria is available on an increasing number of platforms!

- Search the forum to see if the bug or query has been answered.

Finally, we're a small team with only so many hours in the day. Please bear with us as we look into bug reports. We do our best!
