Title: Announcements list?

Could we have an announcements section, like the one on the www.myaperturelabs.com forums?

Only admins (mods possbly, but there are no mods here, so...) could start topics, but anyone can post thereafter. These topics would show above every section (The OT, Bug Support, etc).

I was thinking maybe that the 'patches or what we are fixing', annikk's beginner's guide, the patch notes, the LUA reference and the patch download topic woyld be good to begin with.
