Title: Save File Loacetion for Win7
Post by: sword breaker on January 01, 2010, 01:56:00 AM
I've been trying to find the game's save file (user.settings I believe). I'm using win7 and bough the stand-alone version of the game (a.k.a. not Steam). I looked in ProgramFiles/Eufloria/Resources but didn't see anything (except for a bunch of ogg and image files), and AppData/Roamings or AppData/Local don't seem to be the place either. Any tips? Thanks!

User.settings is most definitely in the Rsources folder, whether you have the steam or standalone version only determines where the main eufloria directory is, not its subsequent folder layout.
Also, Eufloria saves all its files in its main location and does not use AppData or the registry (for settings and save games).

Ok let's say I have 2 computers with steam and I want to continue Eufloria (from what I have already unlocked) on another computer... All I have to copy is the User.settings file? Or do I need the entire resource folder?

Thank you.

EDIT: Just noticed that I have at my other computer 2 Steam achievements unlocked, but on this one they appear in-game as locked (on steam on both computers their appear unlocked). Is this normal?
