Excellent Work!

Hey guys,

I just finished playing Dyson after hearing about it through Tigsource's procedural generation competition. You've done a fantastic job on the game, the atmosphere, the gameplay, the style/theme, everything blends together to create an absorbing experience. ;)

Thanks for making a great game! :)

I also want to congrat you for that great game, it's really fun to play.

One thing that bothers me a little is the selection of a smaller number of units. Maybe a default setting of 25, 50 75 or 100 % would be helpful, and a way to change this setting on the fly (e.g. keys 1-9)...

Yeah. We're thinking of changing the interface so you can select how many to send from a slider bar type arrangement. We'll be experimenting with this stuff anyway.

Are you and Rudolf going to release ever iteration of the game for testing, or are you guys just gonna wait to you have it completed?

We want to address a few key issues and do a release, which should come in the next month or two. Then we'll do more releases as we refine the game. At the moment we're hoping to be pretty much done for November.

Hahaha, that is awesome. I vote for keeping a spambot around to see what weird sentences it can pump out.
