Lost eufloria!

Hi guys,
my previous computer had a disaster befall it and was forced to build a new one from scratch, hence i lost all my software, music etc, including eufloria!
i went through my emails and found my the link to download it but it says the password has expired, have i lost the game forever? or can i redownload it somehow? i purchased it on Saturday, December 26, 2009, i can provide my previous email or product ID: and password: ? any help would be appreciated!
