Trouble purchasing through Steam

I'm trying to buy Eufloria, but Steam won't let me. When I try to continue past entering my payment information, I get the following message:

Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already own one of the games you are trying to buy. Please check your account and your cart to verify you are buying an item you do not already own.
I have checked my account, and Eufloria isn't on my list; Eufloria is the only item listed in my cart. I get the same results on both the steam client store and the web store using Google Chrome.
Please help.

We can't offer support on Steam's payment system here sadly. BUT

I was having the same issues with Steam saying I already owned the game. But it also appears they are having some trouble with their sites. Such as running slow, timing out, or forcing relogins.

I used the bmtmicro link and the purchase went through without any trouble. Download link and receipt were shown and also emailed to me promptly.
