Title: Potential Bug: Travel Appears Possible from Enemy Asteroid, but Isn't
Post by: twilsonb on August 10, 2010, 04:15:48 PM
When an asteroid just has enemies on it, and no trees, it looks like it is possible for friendly seeds to travel from that asteroid to the next.
But it doesn't seem to work (see the attached pictures).

Either I'm using the mouse wrong, or the arrows should be red all over.

Possibly something to do with it not being owned by you. Can't help more than that atm, I'm on holiday (again - it's a hard life, no? ) so don't have access to eufloria. I'm actually typing on a demo computer in a shop.

Just to clarify, my issue is with the appearance that movement is possible, when movement isn't actually possible.
Title: Another Issue - this time from a friendly asteroid

This happens in the Night/Day Community Map Pack 1 Scenario (sorry I can't remember the name).

It looks like I can travel to an unknown planet this time, but travel isn't possible.

Ahh there are probably a few niggles like this in the UI code. Annoying, but that code is a horrible mess and I don't really want to go near it lest the house of cards experiences a particularly ugly collapse! This may not get fixed, sorry. In the unlikely event I fix all the other bugs and find time, I'll have a look.
